Supporting International Students through Library Services

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

In today’s globally connected world, many American colleges, universities, and seminaries are increasingly focused on enrolling international students. These students have varying levels of English language ability and must learn how to navigate the academic expectations of an American college, university, or seminary. Are ATLA libraries prepared to support these diverse groups of international students? Does your library offer special resources for international students, such as library instruction, liaisons, or tutorials? Does your library partner with other departments to provide services for international students? Come meet with other librarians to discuss experiences, tips, and best practices for supporting international students through library services.
