How can your library use social media as a tool to effectively engage with your students, faculty, and alumni? And how can you take it a step further and build meaningful community opportunities by taking things offline as well? At this workshop, Simmons will give tips and provide case studies on how, and why, libraries should communicate online and offline with their audiences.
