Shining a Light on Theological Collections: Growing Library Visibility on the Web with Linked Data

You may have heard about Linked Data as a buzzword lately. This talk goes beyond theory into the details of who is using the Web of data, how libraries and archives are currently implementing Linked Data solutions, and what steps you can take today to begin making theological libraries and collections visible on the Web. Attendees will leave this talk with a list of specific actions they can take to get involved, as well as an understanding of how Linked Data can highlight unique materials and help users make new connections.

Gloria Gonzalez is the Library Strategist at Zepheira.
